Okay, the rumors have begun. Five features are more or less confirmed:
1. Video phone feature, presumably FaceTime.
2. Thinner glass on the display panels, which could mean it’s slightly lighter.
3. Retina display is coming.
4. A USB connection so you don’t have to use Apple’s proprietary standard.
5. 3-axis gyroscope for improved gaming. This feature is in the iPhone already.
In our opinion, the USB will be the killer. As they say, the possibilities are endless.

We all know iPad sold one every 3 seconds. Now StatSpotting is reporting that Samsung is selling its new tablet at the rate of one every 4 seconds.
600000 units in under a month. Samsung is seeing robust demand for its iPad competitor, the Galaxy Tab. In many ways its the exact opposite of the iPad: Android, Flash and 7 inches.
A new digital newspaper is being released by News Corp and Apple, and would be priced at 99 cents a week. There would be no print or web edition, it would be custom made for iPad and similar devices.

Infoworld is reporting that Apple’s release of iOS 4.2 might trigger enterprise adaption of the iPad in a big way.
